City of Vacaville General Plan Update

Here’s a pic taken in the narrow strip of land across E. Monte Vista from Lowe’s, between Monte Vista and I-80. This is the Calif state flower, of course. Wouldn’t it help Vacaville’s economic development and be a draw to shoppers if this tiny bit of land were left in its beautiful natural state rather than developing it and jamming in more uninviting commercial? Yes, it costs money. But, this is what redevelopment funds are for.
